Sikora Piotr and Maliborski SzymonPiotr Sikora – Student of art history at the Jagiellonian University, cultural animator, curator at the first edition of the festival and co-creator of the following projects: Rahim Blak, the Twożywo group, Karolina Kowalska, Julian Tomaszuk. He works with the East of Art Foundation and the LETO gallery. He is the curator of the project Letters to my brother at the 2010 ArtBoom Tauron Festival. Szymon Maliborski – student of the history of art and Polish language, cultural animator, young curator of contemporary art, and co-ordinator of the Video Now project. Interested in new media art, the relationship between art and other dimensions of culture, and documentary filmmaking. Actor at the Artistic Theatre Stage of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, and works with the East of Art Foundation. |
Educational walk through the projectsIn order that all of the residents of Krakow and the city’s guests can see the all of the festival projects, we had organised educational walks. The curator guided groups through each of the projects, talked about their creation, bringing the artists’ work closer to the audience an providing all the information that interests you about the festival. For the consideration of guests from abroad, we have prepared walks in English and French. |
