Czajkowski ZBK SławekThis creator of murals and city interventions is connected with the Wrocław street art environment. His works have also been presented in galleries. He is the author of concepts behind a couple of exhibitions, such as Artyści Zewnętrzni. Out of Sth. (Wrocław 2008), which is the first big presentation concerning the subject in Poland, as well as a maker of a documentary dedicated to the Urban Art environment (premiere planned for April 2011). Tristan Manco, a critic specialising in graffiti, believes he is one of the most interesting artists of the genre. In the book Street Sketchbook he describes him as “funny, full of invention, referring to the classic graffiti style, a contemporary Ferdynand Léger.” He has presented his works in many places in Poland and abroad, such as Germany, Italy, the United States, the Czech Republic, France. He is a laureate of the Grand Prix of the 9th Geppert’s Competition for debuting Polish painters in 2009, in the same year he also received a scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. |
(R)evolution: It's peaceful![]() The artist has created a mural in a way typical of his works connecting well-thought-out form with wit and intelligence of expression, the mural has been located on one of the walls in the Krakow Kazimierz.
